Amazfit GTR 4 Smartwatch
Amazfit launched its new smartwatch in India. It is named Amazfit GTR4. It sports a 1.43-inch AMOLED screen. It has over 150 sports modes and Bluetooth calling features and has up to 14 days of battery life. It is priced at INR 16,999 in India. The company is also giving an offer for a limited period. They are offering a discount via the bank offer which will bring the total price to INT 15,299.
The smartwatch will go on sale online at 12 PM today via Flipkart and Amazfit stores. There are two color options- Superspeed Black and Racetrack Grey color options. It is the successor of the previous version Amazfit GTR3. It also brings a circular dial which looks very premium in look. It has a high resolution of 466 x 466 pixels.
The company has covered the panel with tempered glass. There is also an anti-fingerprint coating that keeps it secured from being a fingerprint magnet. It has a 475mAh battery and is claiming to provide 14 days of battery life with a single charge but it remains to be seen if this materializes in real-life conditions. Also, the operating system will use less power. It also uses a Zepp OS 2.0 UI which is very smooth and also offers other functions like the ability to install third party apps.
Users can use more than 200 watch faces through the Zepp Health app. Also, it is a premium category smartwatch and it has a decent set of sensors which includes sleep tracking, heart rate monitoring, stress monitoring, blood oxygen level measurement, menstrual cycle tracking, etc. There is also a dual-band GPS antenna that allows users to access the map on the watch itself.
It would also support more than 150 workouts. Out of this, the smartwatch can detect eight workouts automatically. It is also compatible with devices running on iOS 12.0 and above or Android 7.0 and above. It would be interesting to see the user reviews after the use of the smartwatch. Amazing will be hoping it will be successful like the previous version.
