Jason Lewis, who had played the role of Smith Jerrod, the incredibly chiseled actor-boyfriend of Samantha Jones on Sex and City, is getting married. Jason Lewis proposed to his girlfriend, an actress/producer name Liz Godwin in December. He proposed to her in a stunning California sunset and ocean view. The couple has been with each other for four years. Liz Godwin is 31 years old and was born in 1991. Jason is about 51 years old and was born in 1970. So the couple has a two-decade gap between them. But when you are in love, the age gap does not matter much. Liz said that she was surprised by his sudden proposal and was filled with emotions at that particular moment.

Jason has always been in praised Liz. He said she loves him when he is amazing and even when he is not. She has always been on his side and has been his constant support. He praised her more by saying that she had created space for him in which he has grown and has become a better person by knowing her. Godwin’s turn said that Lewis had always felt like her childhood playdate and her adult lover in one. She says he is her unwavering support system and her go-to lifeline. Both of them do not have illusions or expectations of each other, and they don’t feel ownership of one another. She says their relationship is the most nurturing, playful, and ever-evolving she has ever had. She wants to spend the rest of her life with him.

Jason is also a part of the Dancing with Stars season 31. It premiered on Sept 19, 2022. His professional dancing partner is Peta Murgatroyd. The due performed on the song “Get Lucky.”

Jason has credited his partner Liz for joining the competition. Lewis had found fame for his role in the iconic series “The Sex and the City,” for playing the role of Samantha Jones. We wish the best of luck to the couple, and let’s hope they get married soon and have cute babies.
