SypherPK Reveals ‘Fortnite’ ICON Skin

As per a recent update, Fortnite has come back with another ICON skin which is based on a popular Fortnite content creator. SypherPK is a well-known figure in the community. It has gotten what the most elaborated ICON is apparently till now. SypherPK had showed off his new ICON skin on the live stream. It has a few different variations to it.

The ICON skins for creators usually would have versions that would look like them in real life. It would then also have a superhero version that looks more like something that one normally sees in Fortnite. SypherPK got emotional when he presented his own skin for the first time to over 140,000 viewers.

It indeed was a default street wear skin. But the main skin had him in his signature Oni mask and the skin also becomes reactive with his back bling as one stack-up kills. The pickaxe and his armor would glow and burst into flames like the back-bling as there are more kills. The entire skin would also change over the course of the game with more and more kills. It is to note that there are also free four cosmetics to be earned as part of the ICON series for the Sypher.

These are a spray, an emoticon, an animated weapon wrap, and a loading screen. This is the first time for the ICON. Sypher would also get an ICON battle arena map where users can earn two of the cosmetics, the spray, the loading screen, and, XP through different quests. There is a large number of developers who had got ICON skins in the past. The Greg, Bugha, Lachlan, Laserbeam, Loserfruit, and Ninja are some to name a few. In SypherPK, there are more Fortnite creators than the Athlete and Musician ones.

It remains to be seen how this deal would work with real people who would receive these skins. They might get a revenue share or a one–time payment or a combination of both. Metaverse is continuing to rise and draw near, everyone would be aware that these skins could be used on a variety of Fortnite projects for an indefinite period of time.
